Vocational and Supported Employment:
At ATC, Inc. people with disabilities are taught work skills and are paid according to their productivity. As people are integrated into the community employment opportunities, the supported employment model of job development and placement is utilized to help ensure that placement into the community is successful.

Some of this work is completed at the center's main location while other work is completed at the contract site.

Residential:
ATC, Inc. provides different types of residential living providing a range of independence and supervision. People live in the situation most appropriate to their needs and abilities. ATC, Inc. has residential facilities that teach independent living skills to people supported. This training is individualized to fit the need of each person. People are taught such things as:
Other Services:
ATC, Inc. also provides educational training which may include money skills and management, typing, computer skills, and obtaining driver's license, etc.
ATC, Inc. assists the people supported in maintaining their best possible health through nursing services and health/fitness, which may include exercising, therapy exercises, etc.
Other services may include retirement and alternative services to work for those who have decided they no longer want to work or would like to volunteer their time in the community.
The people we support are encouraged to live their lives to the fullest and supports and services are based on their wants and needs.
